A book in a tin

I found a beautiful little tin in a car boot sale which housed small leather buttons. I absolutely love the style of the label on the lid and will probably reproduce it on a later project, but for now here are some pics of a book in progress.

It is such a rusty old and battered tin, that I wanted to have an explosion of colour inside that pulls out. I don't know what the theme of the book could be - I've hit a block with it so any ideas are welcome.

I will post more pictures when I have completed the pages.
