Workshops at Glynllifon

Hi all,

Sorry I haven't posted for a long time, been a bit busy with holidays and the children.  I wanted to let you know about a workshop I attended yesterday at Glynllifon with Ann Catrin and Angela Evans.

The morning was spent creating copper winged dragonflies with Ann Catrin, the class made some beautiful examples.  My favourite (pictured below) was made by textile artist Sheelagh Stevens.

The afternoon masterclass was delivered by Angela Evans - Jewellery expert.  She showed us how to create a bracelet using silver plated copper wire including the links and the clasp.  I found the workshop very inspiring and informative.  Brilliant.

< Here is the one I made.

I recommend to anyone who is looking for inspiration to book yourself onto a workshop.  It's fantastic to see how other artists work and is also good for the soul!

Thanks for looking x
